We are looking for a Videographer/Photographer to join our fast-paced marketing team.
Job Description
The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for creating high-quality video and photography content that effectively represents the Organized Living brand.
The Digital Content Creator plays an important role by producing videos and photography for the various departments in the organization. Several of the chief tasks include creating storyboards, scheduling shoots, filming, photographing, and editing.
- Oversee all stages of branded video and photographic production, including script writing, storyboarding, scheduling, lighting, filming, and editing content
- Creating motion graphics to be used in videos and social media
- Understanding of composition and design principles
- Creating scopes and estimates, presenting to leadership, maintaining budgets, creating pre-production decks, writing shot-lists, managing post-production, and tracking actual costs
- Photograph products and lifestyle shots for website, social media graphics, and printed material
- Maintain digital content and assist with the execution of social media strategies
- Develop a variety of creative assets to support marketing and company objectives
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute to marketing pitches
- Work with the marketing and creative team to ensure content is on brand and deadlines are met across all campaigns
- Partner with vendors depending on specific needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree related to the position
- 2-5 years’ experience in content creation
- Outstanding communication and organization skills with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of and experience with video and photography shoots, directing, lighting and non-linear editing techniques
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro as well as audio editing software
- Ability to develop content for specific audiences, while maintaining brand expression
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and multiple versions
- Ability to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content
- Animation and motion graphics is a plus
- Cinema4D and Notch is a plus
- Experience with audio and video talent a plus
