Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist will educate and train dealers, builders, and other customers on the Organized Living tools and processes to help achieve sales goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned customer base
  • Resolve product, software, and service issues of assigned customers
  • Document & communicate customer issues & concerns to the appropriate internal teams
  • Support the Director of Customer Success & the Sales team throughout the customer relationship to ensure product sales & software adoption goals are met
  • Position and assist in achieving customer adoption of software tools provided by Organized Living during the onboarding and continuous improvement process to increase market growth
  • Support sales efforts and planning while working with various internal resources
  • Must possess a “customer-centric” attitude, driving a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage contact processes within Microsoft CRM software
  • Follow detailed procedures with attention to detail and complete assigned tasks
  • Coordinate processes to involve relevant members of sales, marketing and operations departments
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive program development and strategy
  • Learn and become proficient in the use of Organized Living software tools

Requirements

  • Advanced computer skills required in Microsoft Office – excellent knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and database applications 
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in a customer support role within a software company is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM or equivalent CRM applications
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and self-directed
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate and interact effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of order-entry and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment
